In Italy RCS Pubblicita has built a commercial network, which capillary covers the whole national territory thanks to its sale offices and its exclusive agents specialized in the different production sectors, in the different advertising typologies (research for qualified staff, legal, financial, local subjects, and others) and in the target media (dailies and magazines, outdoor advertising, organization of cultural and sports events, etc.). RCS Broadcast The company’s RCS Broadcast operates in the radio broadcasting sector. It comprises AGR (Agenzia Giornalistica Radiofonica), the radio syndication CNR and RIN – Radio Italia Network. PRINCIPAL JOINT-VENTURES m-dis Distribuzione Media: m-dis Distribuzione Media S.p.A handles distribution of the company’s publications to the newsstand channel. With the acquisition of subsidiary DeADis S.r.l., the company’s portfolio included publishers of De Agostini, Hachette-Rusconi and third-party publishers and other types of non-publishing product. The company relies on the subsidiary Milano Press S.r.l. for distribution in Milan and its hinterland. IGP-Decaux: The IGPDecaux group operates in the billboard, street furniture and transport advertising market. It was created from the partnership between RCS and the JCDecaux group of France. DARP: De Agostini Rizzoli Magazines is a joint venture between RCS MediaGroup and the De Agostini group, which produces a series of monthly publications in certain niche markets (classical music, archaeology, history, yachting), as well as in the travel and leisure sector. Editoriale del Mezzogiorno: The company’s subsidiary Editoriale del Mezzogiorno operates as a publisher of the regional editions of Corriere della Sera in Campania and Puglia. Rizzoli-Larousse: The Rizzoli-Larousse joint venture, formed in 2002 in the textbook market, continued to expand its catalogue, releasing 13 new titles. RL Libri: The company’s subsidiary Rizzoli-Longanesi is a joint venture, which publishes the Superpocket collection of books. RBA Fabbri France: RBA Fabbri France publishes partworks in France under the Rba-Fabbri name.
