The primary semiconductor assembly and test suppliers are Advanced Semiconductor Engineering; Amkor Technology; Siliconware Precision Industries; and STATSChipPAC. The majority of the company’s foundry and semiconductor assembly and test suppliers are located in the Asia-Pacific region.
