Commercial and Industrial Loans: The bank offers various commercial loan products, including lines of credit for working capital, term loans for capital expenditures, and commercial and stand-by letters of credit. Government Guarantee Lending Programs: The bank offers various guarantee loan programs, including SBA, USDA, FSA, and the state of California SBA program. One to Four Family Residential Loans: The bank offers various residential permanent loans. Agriculture Loans: The bank offers loan products to the agricultural and related industries. The target market within this sector are the agriculture related businesses, such as seed companies, fertilizer distributors, machinists, and packing suppliers whose small to medium sized businesses support the planting and harvesting of local crops. Consumer Lending: The bank’s consumer lending includes home equity credit lines, automobile loans, personal lines of credit, and home improvement loans. Deposits The bank’s deposits include non-interest bearing demand deposits, savings, interest-bearing demand and money market accounts, and time certificate of deposit accounts.
