Premium Coke and Polypropylene: The company markets graphite and anode-grade petroleum cokes in the United States and Europe for use in the steel and aluminum industries. Excel Paralubes: The company owns a 50 percent interest in Excel Paralubes, a joint venture which owns a hydrocracked lubricant base oil manufacturing plant located adjacent to the Lake Charles Refinery. Significant Events In July 2015, Phillips 66, Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. and Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. announced that they have formed a joint venture to construct the Bayou Bridge pipeline that will deliver crude oil from the Phillips 66 and Sunoco Logistics terminals in Nederland, Texas, to Lake Charles, Louisiana. History Phillips 66 was incorporated in Delaware in 2011.
