Seasonality: Sales in this segment follow seasonal home improvement, remodeling and renovation and new construction industry patterns. Demand for new residential construction follows on a three-month lagged basis. The peak season for home construction and remodeling in the company’s geographic markets corresponds with the second and third calendar quarters (year ending December 2014), and therefore, its sales levels are higher during the second half of the year.
