LTE Technology The company offers LTE-based commercial services in Moscow region. In 2014, the company started DCS 1800 spectrum refarming to LTE and rolled out LTE-1800 network, while expanding LTE 800/2600 coverage. As of December 31, 2015, the company had 17,087 LTE sites in 83 regions of Russia. In 2016, the company are going to further roll out LTE 800, 1800 and 2600 MHz frequency bands and implement LTE-Advanced with Carrier Aggregation and Voice over LTE services.
