Test & Measurement, Sensing, and Instrumentation Products Test & Measurement Equipment for Fiber Optic Components and Sub-Assemblies The company’s product lines in the test & measurement domain include its Optical Vector Analyzer (OVA), its Optical Backscatter Reflectometer (OBR), and the Phoenix family of tunable lasers. Its test & measurement products monitor the integrity of fiber optic network components and sub-assemblies.
