It has been implemented by approximately 630 credit unions. Cruise, a Windows-based, client/server system designed primarily for credit unions with approximately $50 million in assets. It has been implemented by 170 credit unions, and provides intuitive point-and-click, drag-and-drop operation. Customers electing to install its solutions in-house license the proprietary software systems based on initial license fees. The company also re-markets the hardware and peripheral equipment that is required by its software solutions; and the company contracts to perform software implementation, data conversion, training, ongoing support, and other related services.
