Best Practice Research: Empirically-based research and insight derived from Hackett benchmark, performance and transformation studies. Peer Interaction: Regular member-led Webcasts, annual Best Practice Conferences, annual Member Forums, membership performance surveys and client-submitted content, provide ongoing peer learning and networking opportunities.
