The company’s two select service brands are Hyatt Place and Hyatt House, an extended stay brand. The company offers Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara all inclusive resort brands, which marked its entry into the all inclusive resort segment. The company also manages, provides services to or licenses its trademarks with respect to residential ownership units that are adjacent to a Hyatt-branded full service hotel. The company consults with third parties in the design and development of such mixed-use projects. The company licenses its trademarks with respect to vacation ownership units, which are part of the Hyatt Residence Club.
