Power Technologies: This segment offers gaskets, cover modules, heat shields, engine sealing systems, cooling, and heat transfer products. This segment’s major customers include Ford Motor company, General Motors company, Volkswagen AG, Caterpillar Inc., and Cummins Inc. The company serves light vehicle, medium/heavy vehicle, and off-highway markets. Seasonality In the light vehicle market, the company’s sales are related to the production schedules of its original equipment manufacturer customers and those schedules have historically been weakest in the third quarter of the year (year ending December 2014) due to a large number of model year change-overs that occur during this period. Additionally, third-quarter production schedules in Europe are impacted by the summer vacation schedules and fourth-quarter production is affected globally by year-end holidays.
