The company operates a network of 28 distribution centers (excluding 2 distribution facilities the company operates as a third party logistics provider) in the U.S. and Canada, which distribute a line of national, regional, and private label convenience store products to approximately 30,000 customer locations in 50 states in the U.S. and 5 Canadian provinces. Products The company distributes various products that include food products, such as fast food, candy, snacks, groceries, beverages and fresh products such as sandwiches, juices, salads, produce, dairy, and bread; and non-food products, such as cigars, tobacco, health and beauty care products, general merchandise and equipment. Suppliers The company’s suppliers include Philip Morris USA, Inc. and R.J. Reynolds Tobacco company. Customers The company’s traditional convenience store customers include major national and super-regional convenience store operators, as well as multi- and single-store customers.
