These services provide continuing education opportunities for residents and their families through health fairs, seminars, and other consultative interactions. The therapy services the company provides include physical, occupational, speech and other specialized therapy and home health services. The home health services the company provides include skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, home health aide services, and social services as needed. In addition to providing these in-house therapy and wellness services at its communities, the company also provides these services to other senior living communities that the company does not own or operate and to seniors living outside of its communities.
