Minerva (Australia) The company is the operator of Minerva (90 per cent interest), a gas field located 11 kilometers south-southwest of Port Campbell in western Victoria. The operation consists of two subsea wells, with gas piped onshore to a processing plant. After processing, the gas is delivered into a pipeline and sold domestically under long-term contracts. Trinidad and Tobago The company operates the Greater Angostura field (45 per cent interest in the production sharing contract), an integrated oil and gas development, located offshore, 40 kilometers east of Trinidad. The crude oil is sold on a spot basis to international markets, while the gas is sold domestically under term contracts. Algeria The company’s Algerian operations comprise of 38 per cent interest in the ROD Integrated Development, which consists of 6 satellite oil fields that pump oil back to a dedicated processing train. The oil is sold on a spot basis to international markets. The company’s interest in ROD is subject to a contractual determination with its JV partner ENI. United Kingdom The company holds a 16 per cent non-operating interest in the Bruce oil and gas field in the North Sea and a 31.83 per cent non-operating interest in the Keith oil and gas field, a subsea tie-back. Operatorship of the Keith field was transferred to BP Exploration Operating Company Limited in July 2015. Oil and gas from both fields are processed through the Bruce platform facilities. Pakistan The company divested its interest in the Zamzama JV gas project in the Sindh province of Pakistan (38.5 per cent interest) in December 2015 to Tri-Resources. Strategy The company’s strategy is to own and operate large, long-life, low-cost, expandable, upstream assets diversified by commodity, geography and market.
