In August 2012, Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. has signed, through Circle K Stores Inc., an agreement to acquire 29 stores in Orlando, Florida from Florida Oil Holdings, LLC. History The company was founded in 1988. It was formerly known as Actidev Inc. and changed its name to Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. in 1994.
