Clearing Operations The company’s subsidiary, TD Ameritrade Clearing, Inc. (TDAC), provides clearing and execution services to TD Ameritrade, Inc., its introducing broker-dealer subsidiary. Clearing services include the confirmation, receipt, settlement, delivery and record-keeping functions involved in processing securities transactions.
