Network Operations Services: The company provides an approach to network monitoring and surveillance by delivering basic network operations fault management service and problem resolution from its global network operations centers. This includes services management and CEM offerings. Other segment This segment includes the company’s government business through the first quarter of 2014. Marketing, Sales and Distribution The company sells its products and services to primary telecommunications service providers worldwide through its direct sales force. In some countries, such as China, its direct sales force might operate in joint ventures with local partners and through indirect channels. For sales to smaller and regional service providers, the company uses its direct sales force and value-added resellers. Customers The company’s 10 major customers accounted for 54% of its revenues in 2014 (among which Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint represented 14%, 11%, and 10% of the company’s revenues, respectively). Disposals In December 2014, the company completed the disposal of its cyber-security services & solutions and communications security activities to Thales. In September 2014, the company completed the disposal of 85% of its Enterprise business to China Huaxin. In March 2014, the company completed the disposal of LGS Innovations LLC to a U.S.-based company owned by a Madison Dearborn Partners-led investor group that includes CoVant.
