Whitestone REIT reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported total property revenues of $21.970 million compared to $17.262 million a year ago. Income from continuing operations before gain on sale or disposal of assets and income taxes was $1.679 million compared to $1.213 million a year ago. Net income attributable to the company was $1.534 million or $0.05 per basic and diluted share compared to $1.253 million or $0.06 per basic and diluted share a year ago. Income from continuing operations was $1.593 million against $1.134 million a year ago. Diluted income from continuing operations attributable to Whitestone REIT excluding amounts attributable to unvested restricted shares was $0.06 against $0.05 a year ago. Diluted net income attributable to common shareholders excluding amounts attributable to unvested restricted shares was $0.06 against $0.05 a year ago.
