Woodside Declares Final Dividend for the 2014, Payable on March 25, 2015

The Board of Woodside has declared a final dividend for 2014 of US 144 cents per share. The dividend will be paid on 25 March 2015 to all shareholders registered on the record date of 27 February 2015. The ex-dividend date for dividend entitlement will be 25 February 2015. The dividend will be fully franked for Australian taxation purposes.
