Worldline S.A. provides electronic payment and transactional services in France and internationally. Its merchant services and terminals business line offers various payment-related and value added services to merchants, including commercial acquiring and associated value-added services, omni-commerce solutions, digital signage and online payment gateways, payment terminals, private label cards, and loyalty programs and related solutions, such as sales promotion services and self-service kiosks. The company also offers banks and financial institutions that prefer to perform processing in-house a range of payment software solutions. Its financial processing and software licensing business line delivers solutions that allow banks and financial institutions to manage cashless payments by outsourcing their business processes, which include processing of electronic payment transactions, multi-platform online banking services, and electronic wallets, as well as issuance of credit and debit cards, and authorization of associated payments. The company’s mobility and e-transactional services business line offers various services comprising e-Ticketing that include electronic ticketing, automated fare collection, and journey management services; e-Government collection services, which include payment transactions, automated traffic and parking enforcement, and healthcare reimbursement; and eConsumer and mobility solutions that include connected living, and consumer cloud services and solutions to optimize client relations. Worldline S.A. serves financial institutions, merchants, corporations, and government agencies. It was formerly known as Atos Worldline S.A.S. and changed its name to Worldline S.A. in April 2014. The company was founded in 1973 and is headquartered in Bezons, France. Worldline S.A. is a subsidiary of Atos SE.

Worldline Announces Financial Results for the First Half of 2015; Reaffirms Earnings Guidance for Fiscal 2015

Worldline announced financial results for the first half of 2015. For the period, the company reported revenue of €595.0 million against €571.4 million for the same period of last year. Net income group share was €48.7 million against €45.6 million for the same period of last year. First half 2015 free cash flow was €64.2 million, representing a +11.8% increase compared to €57.4 million for the same period of last year. Net cash totaled €264.5 million compared to net debt of €102.6 million for the same period of last year. Operating income for the first half of the year was €68.4 million. The Group confirms all the full-year 2015 objectives as stated earlier. The Group expects to achieve organic growth of its revenue, at constant scope and exchange rates, of between 4% and 5%. The Group has the objective to increase the OMDA margin by approximately 50 basis points compared to 2014, in line with its 2017 objective. The Group has the ambition to generate free cash flow of between €120 million and €125 million.

Worldline and Commerzbank Expands Payments Processing Deal

Worldline and Commerzbank extend their present processing deal for next 7 years. Worldline gives an end-to-end processing facility for Commerzbank that incorporates complete processing of all the bank's Visa Cards and MasterCards. The service provided secures Commerzbank credit cards and also co-branded cards that are sanctioned together with alliances. Along with technical processing, the deal also gives customer services.
