Wabtec Corporation announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2014. For the quarter, the company reported net sales of $820,866,000 against $681,482,000 a year ago. Income from operations was $136,963,000 against $111,218,000 a year ago. Income from operations before income taxes was $131,206,000 against $33,501,000 a year ago. Net income attributable to Wabtec shareholders was $92,686,000 or $0.95 per diluted share against $74,041,000 or $0.76 per diluted share a year ago. CapEx was $16.7 million compared to $17.6 million a year ago. For the full year, the company reported net sales of $3,044,454,000 against $2,566,392,000 a year ago. Income from operations was $527,109,000 against $437,310,000 a year ago. Income from operations before income taxes was $156,175,000 against $128,852,000 a year ago. Net income attributable to Wabtec shareholders was $351,680,000 or $3.62 per diluted share against $292,235,000 or $3.01 per diluted share a year ago. For the full year, the company generated cash flow from operations of $472 million, which exceeded net income of $352 million. CapEx was $48 million compared to $41 million a year ago. For 2015 the company expects earnings per diluted share of about $4.05, with revenues expected to increase about 10%.
