Valdor Technology International Inc. and Inteligencia e Infraestructura En America S. A. Receives $1,100,000 Contract

Valdor Technology International Inc. reported that Valdor, in collaboration with Mexican partner Inteligencia e Infraestructura En America S. A. has received a USD 1,100,000 contract by an influential conglomerate in the Mexican telecom and construction industry. Valdor and Inteligencia do business in Mexico as TeleVal Communication Technologies. This project involves the overall installation of an optical fiber network. The project is part of the multi- services and multi-year strategy the Mexican conglomerate is implementing to significantly increase both the number of services available to subscribers and the number of Mexican subscribers to internet services, in accordance with the Mexican Government telecom deregulation strategy announced in 2014 by President Pena Nieto. This project includes, 260,000 FTTx links; 3,800 fiber optic rings; 480 enterprise customers and implementation of more than 4,000 poles in Mexico City for surveillance cameras. This current initial phase of the project will be five months installation and will end in February 2016; but future phases will be on an accelerating timeline. The Valdor/Inteligencia partnership will make every effort to participate in future phases of this communication systems roll-out. Potential business from future phases that Valdor and Inteligencia, in partnership, could facilitate is expected to be about USD 20,000,000 annually from 2016 through 2018 inclusive. Homologation is not required for this project.

Valdor Technology International Inc. and Inteligencia e Infraestructura En America S. A. Executes Joint Venture Agreement

Valdor Technology International Inc. reported that a 50/50 joint venture agreement has been executed between Valdor and Inteligencia e Infraestructura En America S. A. TeleVal Inc., incorporated in Mexico, is the joint venture company. The mandate of this joint venture is to develop TeleVal as a leader in the Mexican and Latin American fibre optic technology markets. The imminent deregulation of Mexico's telecommunication industry and the very early stage of fibre-to-the-home deployment throughout Latin America are catalysts for this process. The Mexican telecommunications market is currently about $35 billion/year and is projected to grow at a 30% rate for the next few years. Valdor and Inteligencia will each provide 50% of the investment capital and share equally in the profits. Within the JV partnership, Valdor will provide: quality control practices and procedures; component procurement; operational procedures; technical transfer and training. Inteligencia will provide: engineering and assembly employees; sales and marketing employees; executive leadership and the physical facilities in Mexico. To satisfy the Mexican requirement for local content the JV will immediately establish a manufacturing facility within Mexico. The JV will supply and manufacture passive optical components including a full range of optical connectors, assemblies, patch panels and integrated optical solutions. The partnership is being structured to provide triple play solutions for the FTTx market sector; the content focus will be health care, security and education.

Canadian Telecom Acquires Valdor 1:32 Harsh Environment Splitter

Valdor Technology International Inc. announced that the fifth legacy Canadian telecom has now acquired a Valdor 1:32 harsh environment splitter. Each of these five telecoms has acquired one or more of the splitters for examination in their labs and/or environmental chambers or for installation into their fibre networks. These telecoms, in combination, provide hardwired telephone service to more than 90% of the Canadian population. The Valdor splitters are specifically designed for the North American fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) and fibre-to-the-curb (FTTC) markets.
