Davao Approves Vista Land and Lifescapes, Inc.'s Residential Commercial Project

Vista Land and Lifescapes, Inc. announced that a 27-hectare residential-commercial project of the company has received initial approval from the city council. With the initial approval of its location, the project - which will be built across the Davao International Airport - is now under evaluation by the council's committee on housing, rural, and urban development. The property will be divided into three 'enclaves' with varying features to 'provide something to everyone'. Each of the enclaves will have its own amenities and will become independent communities. The company has also identified several other areas for planned projects, including a small community near the city center, to add to its existing condominium in the northern side and residential villages in the south. The budget for the enclaves project is part of the PHP 40 billion investment that is planned in Davao City over the next six years. Vista Land has been expanding in Mindanao, developing both high-rise condominium and gated community projects in, aside from Davao, the cities of Cagayan de Oro in Northern Mindanano, Tagum in Davao del Norte province, and General Santos and Koronadal in the Soccsksargen region.
