Therefore, effective on October 8, 2013, the Company's listing will transfer to NEX, the Company's Tier classification will change from Tier 2 to NEX, and the Filing and Service Office will change from Calgary to NEX.

TSX Venture Exchange Inc. Intends To Halt Underground Energy Corporation’s Shares From Trading

Underground Energy Corporation announced that it has received notice from the TSX Venture Exchange Inc. that the Exchange intends to halt the company's shares from trading on the Exchange in the event the company has not paid its annual sustaining fees by June 21, 2013. At this time, the company does not anticipate having the necessary funds with which to pay the annual sustaining fees to the Exchange prior to the deadline imposed by the Exchange. The policies of the Exchange indicate that should the annual sustaining fees not be paid following the halt that the Exchange may also delist the shares of the company from the Exchange.
