The company’s Benefits segment provides benefits consulting and administration services, such as retirement solutions, which provides actuarial and consulting services for large defined benefit and defined contribution plans, including consulting on plan design, funding, and risk management strategies; health and group benefits services, such as plan management consulting across the health and group benefit programs, including health, dental, disability, life, and other coverage. This segment also offers technology and administration solutions to provide pension outsourcing services; and international consulting services, including international human capital management and related benefits, and compensation advice for corporate headquarters and their overseas subsidiaries. Its Risk and Financial Services segment provides risk consulting and financial modeling software solutions primarily to the insurance industry; and investment consulting and solutions on investment strategy, risk assessment, asset allocation, manager selection, and investment execution to institutional investors, primarily pension plans. The company’s Talent and Rewards segment provides executive compensation advisory services, reward administration, and talent management technology solutions, as well as data, surveys, and technology services comprising compensation benchmarking, employee opinion surveys, and human resource function metrics. Its Exchange Solutions segment provides primary medical and ancillary benefit exchange services to retirees and pre-65 individuals; delivers group benefit exchanges to the active employees of virtually any employer in the United States; and offers a suite of health and welfare outsourcing services. Towers Watson & Co. was founded in 1865 and is based in Arlington, Virginia.

Towers Watson & Co. Approves Quarterly Cash Dividend for the Quarter Ended March 31, 2015, Payable on or About July 15, 2015

Towers Watson announced that its Board of Directors approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. The dividend is payable on or about July 15, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2015.

Towers Watson Announces Executive Changes

Towers Watson has promoted Michael Murphy to global head of Risk Consulting and Software, or RCS, business, effective July 1, 2015. The company has also announced the appointment of Frank Schepers as regional leader for Europe, Middle East and Africa, or EMEA, succeeding Michael Murphy. Mr. Schepers is currently Divisional Leader for RCS in Northern and Central Europe and the German office leader. Frank's appointment is recognition of the strong market and business leadership he has demonstrated in Northern and Central Europe in recent years, especially in Germany. In addition, Towers Watson has confirmed a number of senior appointments in its regional and local RCS practice, which also take effect on 1 July. Graham Fulcher has been appointed to a new role as RCS UK & Ireland Divisional Leader. Karl Murphy succeeds Graham Fulcher as EMEA Regional Sales and Practice Leader for property and casualty (P&C) business, alongside Claire Farrelly who is assuming the same role for the life insurance practice. Harm Blaak, currently Netherlands office leader, takes over the additional role of North and Central European Divisional Leader. Tammy Richardson moves in to Karl Murphy's former role as UK P&C Leader. David Ovenden succeeds Tammy Richardson as UK Insurance Management Consulting leader, as well as continuing to run the P&C Underwriting business. These appointments follow the arrival of Frederic Traimond in March, who joined Towers Watson from PwC as French office leader and South West Europe Divisional leader.
