Terreno Realty Corporation announced that it bought an industrial property in Annapolis Junction, Maryland for about USD 10.4 million, on 19 February 2015. The property at 9070 Junction Drive, consists of one rear-load industrial distribution building with an estimated 115,000 sq ft on 9.0 acres, provides 25 dock-high and five grade-level loading positions, parking for 178 cars and is 38% leased to two tenants. The estimated stabilised cap rate of the property is 6.2% and it is about three miles from Fort Mead in the central Baltimore/Washington corridor.

Terreno Realty Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend on Common and Preferred Shares, Payable on April 21, 2015 and March 31, 2015 Respectively

The Board of Directors of Terreno Realty Corporation declared a regular cash dividend for the quarter ending March 31, 2015 of $0.16 per common share. The dividend will be payable on April 21, 2015 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on April 7, 2015. The Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.484375 per preferred share on Terreno Realty Corporation's 7.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable preferred stock. The preferred dividend will be payable March 31, 2015 to preferred stockholders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2015.

Terreno Realty Corp. Purchases Buildings in Washington, D.C

Terreno Realty Corp. acquired an industrial property located in Washington, D.C. on January 29, for a purchase price of approximately $115.5 million. The property consists of six front-load distribution buildings containing approximately 820,000 square feet on 28.2 acres one block from New York Avenue/Route 50 in the northeastern section of the District of Columbia. The property is at 3015-3535 V Street, provides 102 dock-high and eight grade-level loading positions, parking for 470 cars and is 87% leased to 22 tenants. The estimated stabilized cap rate of the property is 5.8%.
