Terreno Realty Corporation announced that it has acquired an industrial property in Tukwila, Washington for a purchase price of about USD 3.2 million. The property that comprises of one industrial distribution building containing about 34,000 sq ft on an estimated 2.0 acres in the northern Kent Valley, is at 18370-18380 Olympic Avenue South and provides eight dock-high loading positions, parking for 37 cars and is 100% leased to one tenant. Also, the estimated stabilised cap rate of the property is 5.0%.

Terreno Realty Corp. Acquires Building in Kent, WA for $11.2 Million

Terreno Realty Corp. acquired an industrial property located in Kent, Washington on April 16, 2015 for a purchase price of approximately $11.2 million. The property consists of one industrial distribution building containing approximately 115,000 square feet on approximately 6.3 acres in the northern Kent Valley. The property is at 8420 South 190th Street, provides 14 dock-high and two grade-level loading positions, parking for 62 cars and is 100% leased to two tenants. The estimated stabilized cap rate of the property is 5.2%.
