AB Traction reported consolidated and parent earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. For the quarter, on consolidated basis, the company reported dividend income of SEK 6.7 million against SEK 37.9 million a year ago. Profit before taxes was SEK 72.7 million against SEK 74.3 million a year ago. Profit and comprehensive result for the period was SEK 72.7 million against SEK 74.3 million a year ago. Earnings per share were SEK 4.89 against SEK 4.97 a year ago. Cash flow from operating activities was SEK 10.9 million against SEK 35.6 million a year ago. Net asset value per share increased by 4% and net asset value per share amounted to SEK 138. For the quarter, on parent basis, the company reported dividend income of SEK 2.2 million against SEK 5.7 million a year ago. AB Traction reported consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and consolidated and parent earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2014. For the quarter consolidated basis, profit before taxes was SEK 31.1 million compared to SEK 176.2 million a year ago. Profit and comprehensive result for the period was SEK 16.4 million or SEK 1.10 per diluted share compared to SEK 177.5 million or SEK 11.55 per diluted share a year ago. Cash flow from operating activities was SEK 37.8 million compared to SEK 46.4 million a year ago. For the year on consolidated basis, profit before taxes was SEK 136.4 million compared to SEK 266.4 million a year ago. Profit and comprehensive result for the period was SEK 121.7 million or SEK 8.18 per diluted share compared to SEK 267.7 million or SEK 17.44 per diluted share a year ago. Cash flow from operating activities was SEK 134.5 million compared to SEK 136.7 million a year ago. For the year on parent basis, profit before taxes was SEK 9.2 million compared to SEK 108.2 million a year ago. Profit and comprehensive result for the period was SEK 9.2 million compared to SEK 108.2 million a year ago. The Board of Directors of AB Traction proposed a dividend of SEK 2.00 per share, equivalent to SEK 29.7 million. The proposed dividend is in line with the Company's dividend policy according to which the dividend is adjusted in such a way that there is no tax cost for the Parent Company. During 2014 Traction distributed a total of SEK 44.3 million to the shareholders in the form of dividend and buyback of shares. The company paid dividend of SEK 2.45 per share for 2013.
