teras resources inc (TRA) Key Developments

Teras Resources Inc. Announces Results from Core Drilling Program on its Cahuilla Gold-Silver Project in Imperial County, California

Teras Resources Inc. announced the results of the recently completed core drilling program on its Cahuilla gold-silver project in Imperial County, California. West Core Drilling of Elko, Nevada completed seven angled holes (-60 degrees, due north) for a total footage of 4224 feet of HQ diamond core. The current drill program focused on angle core drilling in and in close proximity to Target Zone "A" to better define high grade vein systems and target areas within the current resource block model where no drill data existed. The company’s technical team must further analyse these new results along with existing data to determine the impact they may make to the existing resource. The company will not initiate an update to its NI 43-101 at this time as the team is continuing to develop the geologic model to better reflect the controls on high grade mineralization and to determine when an update to the resource is warranted. The company's technical team has gained further critical understanding of the geological controls on higher grade gold- silver mineralization to continue to advance the Cahuilla project and to plan future drill programs.

Teras Resources Completes the Current Drill Program on its Cahuilla Gold-Silver Project in Imperial County, California

Teras Resources Inc. has completed the current drill program on its Cahuilla gold-silver project in Imperial County, California. The company has also received a new permit to drill additional holes on Sovereign Lands at Cahuilla. The company completed its angled core drill program on April 8, 2015. West Core Drilling of Elko, Nevada completed 7 holes with a total footage of 4,224 feet of HQ diamond core. Excellent recoveries, even in zones of broken rock, were obtained. The program was scheduled for 8 holes in the target “Zone A”, which was announced on March 12, 2015. However based on logging of the core, several of the holes were taken deeper than scheduled. The core is being prepared at the company’s facility in Salton City, California and will be shipped to Inspectorate Lab in Reno, Nevada for fire assay analysis. The company will release the results of the drill program once received from the lab. The company has also received a new permit to drill an additional 1,000 holes on the Sovereign Lands within the Cahuilla project. Historical drill results combined with geophysical survey information indicate multiple expansion targets as illustrated in the map below. This permit will allow the company to extend and explore beyond the current resource boundary.
