ServicePower Technologies Plc reported earnings results for the six month ended 30 June 2015. Trading for the half-year is in line with management expectations and is also ahead of the same period last year. Total revenues for the six months to 30 June 2015 are expected to amount to £7.0 million (of which 81.5% is recurring in nature) compared to £6.2 million for the same period last year and £6.5 million for the last six months of 2014. The company expects to report a gross profit for the half-year of £3.4 million against £2.7 million for the first half of 2014, a LBITDA of £0.2 million including £0.1 million in extraordinary expenses and £0.2 million in IT cloud transition costs against LBITDA £0.7 million for the first half of 2014 and a net loss of £0.6 million against net loss £0.9 million for the first half of 2014, including the accrued interest that was converted as of 30 June 2015, as announced on 30 June 2015.

ServicePower Technologies Plc announced that it has signed a strategic partnership with Semit IT Solutions. Semit IT Solutions provides technology solutions to companies in the Latin American market, including ERP implementation services, software development and testing, project management, and outsourced IT services. Through its new partnership with ServicePower, Semit will provide sales and implementation services for its Connected Field Services platform including ServiceScheduling and its mobile workforce product, ServiceMobility.

ServicePower Technologies Plc Announces Contract Extension

ServicePower Technologies Plc announced that it has extended its contract with a North American Fire and Security company to provide ServiceScheduling to its commercial installation business. Recognizing the improvements in productivity and efficiency that ServicePower field service management software provides to their repair business, client has extended its license to support approximately 1,000 commercial installation technicians in the North American market. ServiceScheduling will provide intelligent, intra-day routing optimization technology to the commercial installation group in support of its expanding market share. The ServicePower workforce management platform also positions the client to support its line of smart, connected products, through future integration of ServicePower's M2M Connected Services.
