Sparebanken Vest Reports Group and Parent Company Earnings Results for the Year Ended December 31, 2014

Sparebanken Vest reported group and parent company earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2014. For the year, the company reported group net interest and credit commission income of NOK 2,320 million compared to NOK 2,161 million a year ago. Net operating income was NOK 3,230 million compared to NOK 2,929 million a year ago. Profit before write downs and tax expense was NOK 1,760 million compared to NOK 1,501 million a year ago. Profit before tax expense was NOK 1,493 million compared to NOK 1,221 million a year ago. Profit for the financial year was NOK 1,188 million compared to NOK 908 million a year ago. Net cash flow from operations was NOK 1,244 million compared to NOK 876 million a year ago. Payments made on purchases of operating assets was NOK 7,896 million compared to NOK 6,065 million a year ago. Return on equity after tax was 12.2% compared to 9.8% a year ago.
