Schneider Electric Schneider Electric reported consolidated earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2014. For the year, the company reported that revenue was EUR 24,939 million compared to EUR 23,392 million a year ago. Adjusted EBITA was EUR 3,463 million compared to EUR 3,356 million a year ago. Net profit (Group share) was EUR 1,941 million compared to EUR 1,888 million a year ago. Free cash flow was EUR 1,704 million compared to EUR 2,160 million a year ago. Adjusted EBITA was EUR 3,463 million compared to EUR 3,356 million a year ago. EBITA was EUR 3,155 million compared to EUR 3,254 million a year ago. Vet debt amounted to EUR 5,022 million compared to EUR 3,326 million in December 2013. For the year 2015, the company expects low single-digit organic growth in revenues; adjusted EBITA margin at 14-14.5% assuming no negative FX impact on margin; an expected significantly positive FX impact, estimated based on current rate at EUR 1.5 billion on revenues with no material impact on the adjusted EBITA margin.

Schneider Electric SE Proposes Dividend for the Year 2014, Payable May 5 2015

Schneider Electric SE announced at the annual meeting on April 21, 2015, shareholders will be asked to approve a dividend of €1.92 per share, up 3% compared to previous year. The proposed dividend will be paid fully in cash on May 5th 2015.

Schneider Eyes Asset Sales

Schneider Electric SE (ENXTPA:SU) outlined a five year plan to improve its profit margins through cost-saving measures and the possible sale of non-core assets. It said it was focusing on annual organic revenue growth of between 3 and 6% and on improving returns on its recent investments - a process that it said could involve selling non-core businesses and incurring impairment losses of hundreds of millions of euros.
