Sabana Shariah Compliant Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust Announces Cash Dividend Payable on 28 August 2015

Sabana Shariah Compliant Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust announced that transfer Books and Register will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 27 July 2015 (Books Closure Date) to determine Unit holders' entitlements to Sabana REIT's distribution. Sabana REIT has announced a distribution of 1.80 cents per unit in Sabana REIT (Unit) for the period from 1 April 2015 to 30 June 2015 (Distribution), comprising wholly taxable income distribution. Unitholders of Sabana REIT (Unitholders) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited (CDP) are credited with Units as at the Books Closure Date will be entitled to the Distribution to be paid on 28 August 2015. Ex-date is July 23, 2015.

For the quarter, the group reported gross revenue of SGD 25,405,000 against SGD 25,354,000 a year ago. Net property income was SGD 18,437,000 against SGD 18,350,000 a year ago. Income available for distribution was SGD 13,156,000 against SGD 13,000,000 a year ago. Total return for the period before taxation was SGD 10,444,000 against SGD 10,988,000 a year ago. Total return for the period after taxation was SGD 10,444,000 against SGD 10,988,000 a year ago. Net income was SGD 10,948,000 against SGD 10,882,000 a year ago. Diluted EPU was 1.42 cents against 1.52 cents a year ago. Net cash from operating activities was SGD 18,064,000 against SGD 15,205,000 a year ago.
