S IMMO AG Announces Consolidated Financial Results for the First Nine Months Ended September 30, 2015; Reaffirms Earnings Guidance for the Year 2015

S IMMO AG announced consolidated financial results for the first nine months ended September 30, 2015. Revenues were EUR 141.6 million compared with EUR 140.5 million a year ago. Rental income was EUR 83.2 million against EUR 84.5 million a year ago. EBITDA was EUR 65.2 million compared with EUR 67.6 million a year ago. The decline reflects lower rental income as a result of disposals and increased costs that can largely be attributed to non-recurring effects. Operating result (EBIT) was EUR 76.1 million compared with EUR 74.9 million a year ago.  Net income before tax (EBT) was  EUR 34.6 million compared with EUR 27.3 million a year ago. Profit attributable to shareholders of parent company was EUR 26.5  million compared with EUR 20.2 million a year ago.  Earnings per share were EUR 0.40 compared with EUR 0.30 a year ago.   Both book value per share and EPRA NAV per share increased once again, with the book value of equity per share improving to EUR 8.52 as at 30 September 2015 against EUR 7.97 a year ago and EPRA NAV per share advancing to EUR 10.43 against EUR 9.89 a year ago. For the year 2015, the company is reaffirming its target of further increasing consolidated net income and other key figures such as cash flow and FFO. The company aims to increase FFO, raising it from EUR 21.3 million for the 2014 financial year to over EUR 40 million by the end of 2018.

S IMMO AG reported consolidated earnings results for the first half ended June 30, 2015. For the period, revenues were EUR 92.2 million against EUR 93.2 million a year ago. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) were EUR 43.1 million against EUR 47 million a year ago. Operating profit (EBIT) was EUR 48.9 million against EUR 52.2 million a year ago. Net income before tax (EBT) was EUR 26.9 million against EUR 20.6 million a year ago. Consolidated net income for the period attributable to shareholders in parent company was EUR 19.9 million against EUR 14.8 million a year ago. Earnings per share (EUR) were EUR 0.30 against EUR 0.22 a year ago - a gain of roughly 36%. This positive development is largely due to the financing result. FFO I, rose by 17.8% in the first half of 2015, totaling EUR 17.9 million against EUR 15.2 million a year ago. Book value of equity per share improved to EUR 8.44 as at 30 June 2015 against EUR 7.87 a year ago. For 2015, the company’s investments and a further increase in consolidated net income are confirming company’s goal to once again increase its consolidated net income in the 2015 financial year.
