Seeing Machines Opens New U.S. Office and Announces Executive Changes

Seeing Machines has expanded its presence in the U.S. by adding two top tech executives and opening up a Mountain View, California office. The company is making both human and capital investments in the North American market in order to accelerate growth in a multitude of sectors. David Nagy serves as Senior Vice President of Product Management. He has a diverse background in multiple markets including manufacturing, retail and distribution, consumer goods, transportation and logistics, finance, and consumer products, and has developed many successful products at Apple, Evernote, Dell Wyse, and startups acquired by Motorola, Symbol Technologies and Trimble. Mr. Nagy is responsible for Seeing Machines' product management, marketing, and OEM business development. In addition, he works closely with the CFO and SVP of Sales to establish financial goals while developing go-to-market plans. Buzz Dean is Seeing Machine's Senior Vice President, Engineering. Mr. Dean is a veteran in software and hardware engineering with deep experience in Silicon Valley technology scene. Mr. Dean is working directly with Mr. Nagy and the company's CTO to drive innovation across the suite of products and emerging technologies. Seeing Machines Limited Provides Revenue Guidance for the Year Ended June 30, 2015; Appoints Mark Penman as the New Senior Vice President, Sales

Seeing Machines Limited provided revenue guidance for the year ended June 30, 2015. For the period, the company confirmed that it expects to achieve record revenue. With a particularly strong fourth quarter sales result, full year revenue is expected to be approximately AUD 18.9 million, 12% higher than the previous financial year. In order to continue to drive sales, Seeing Machines Limited announced the appointment of Mark Penman as the new senior vice president, sales. Penman is based in the company's Tucson office and will provide the overall guidance and leadership to the company's global business development team and develop and manage seeing machine's channel relationships for its recently launched fleet product. Most recently, Penman was the director of business development at TomTom Licensing.

Seeing Machines Receives First Order for New Fleet Product

Seeing Machines announced that it has received its first order for its new Seeing Machines Fleet product. Seeing Machines also provides an update on its continued progress in other target markets. The company has received its first order for 750 units of the Fleet product, from its distributor Insurance Underwriting Managers (IUM) in South Africa. IUM is now offering the Fleet product to its customers with an expectation that driver behaviour will improve, reducing accidents and associated insurance costs. Seeing Machines' outsourced manufacturing partner began production of the Fleet product in mid-May, and this order of 750 units will be delivered to IUM during June.
