SCOR SE provides life and non-life reinsurance products. IT operates in two segments, SCOR Global P&C and SCOR Global Life. The SCOR Global P&C segment offers reinsurance products in the areas of property and casualty treaties; specialty lines, including credit and surety, inherent defects, aviation, space, marine, engineering, agriculture, and alternative solutions; business solutions; and business ventures and partnerships. The SCOR Global Life segment offers life reinsurance products, including protection for mortality, morbidity, behavioral, disability, long-term care, critical illness, health, and personal accident. This segment also provides financial solutions that combine traditional life reinsurance with financing components and provide liquidity, balance sheet, and income statement benefits for client; and longevity solutions that provide protection against the risk of negative deviation from expected results due to the insured or annuitant living longer than assumed. The company is also involved in the asset management business. SCOR SE was founded in 1970 and is headquartered in Paris, France.

She succeeds Vincent Malige, who is appointed General Counsel Asia-Pacific, based in the Singapore Hub. Cecile Boyer started her career in law firms in Paris and New York, where she specialized in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, financings and corporate law. SCOR SE Reports Unaudited Earnings Results for the Fourth Quarter and Full Year of 2014

SCOR SE reports unaudited earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2014. For the period, the company’s net income for the group reaches EUR 512 million for the year, generating a 9.9% return on equity. The book value per share is now at a record EUR 30.6. Operational cash flow stands at EUR 894 million for the 2014 year, flat compared to 2013. Gross written premiums grew by 18.1% on a published basis and by 5.5% on a pro forma basis compared to the previous year, reaching EUR 6.4 billion. Return on equity (ROE) stands at 9.9%. Gross written premiums reach EUR 11,316 million, up 10.4% compared to 2013 (10.8% at constant exchange rates). This is driven by the Generali Group US contribution following its acquisition by the Group in October 2013, and by the growth of both SCOR Global Life in Asia and Financial Solutions & Longevity, and SCOR Global P&C: SCOR Global P&C gross written premiums increase by 2.7% at constant exchange rates (+1.8% at current exchange rates) to EUR 4,935 million SCOR Global Life gross written premiums reach EUR 6,381 million, up by 5.5% at both constant and current exchange rates on a proforma basis. Annualized ROE was 9.9% compared to 11.4% a year ago. Net investment income was EUR 576 million compared to EUR 509 million a year ago. Operating results was EUR 825 million compared to EUR 783 million a year ago. Net income was EUR 512 million or EUR 2.75 per share compared to EUR 549 million or EUR 2.96 per share a year ago. Operating cash flow was EUR 894 million compared to EUR 897 million a year ago. Book value per share was EUR 30.60 compared to EUR 26.64 a year ago. For the quarter, the company reported gross written premiums of EUR 2,934 million compared to EUR 2,714 million a year ago. Net investment income was EUR 155 million compared to EUR 127 million a year ago. Operating results was EUR 231 million compared to EUR 329 million a year ago. Net income was EUR 135 million or EUR 0.73 per share compared to EUR 247 million or EUR 1.32 per share a year ago. Operating cash flow was EUR 424 million compared to EUR 175 million a year ago. ROE was 10.1% compared to 21.5% a year ago.
