Red River Resources Ltd. Announces Management Changes

Red River Resources Limited announced that, in preparation for its transition to a zinc production company, it will make key changes to its Board of Directors and Senior Management. Mel Palancian, currently executive director and chief operating officer of Red River, will become the managing director. Donald Garner, the current Managing Director, will remain an Executive Director. These changes will be effective, 13 July 2015. Mr. Palancian is an engineer with more than 20 years' experience in the mining industry, including senior leadership roles with Newcrest, MMG, OZ Minerals and Zinifex. Mr. Palancian has been primarily responsible for the re-start work at the company's Thalanga Zinc Project, located approximately 65km west of Charters Towers in North Queensland, and is well-credentialed to guide Red River through development and into production. He was responsible for the landmark acquisition of the Thalanga Zinc Project from Kagara Limited in 2014, the associated acquisition fundraising and also instrumental in bringing together the current Board and management team, and has laid the foundations for the future success of Red River. In anticipation of the restart announcement Cameron Bodley, currently a non-executive director and company secretary of Red River, will step down from the Board to assume the executive position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bodley will retain his responsibilities of company secretary of Red River.

Red River Resources Ltd. Joins Natural Resources at Mt Windsor Project

Red River Resources Ltd. has reached agreement with privately held Natural Resources Exploration Group to farm into its Mt Windsor Project near Charters Towers in northern Queensland. The Mt Windsor Project is contiguous with Red River's Liontown-Waterloo, Truncheon and Ermine Projects and comprises EPM 18470, EPM 18471 and EPM 18713. It consolidates Red River's position in this highly prospective area of the Mt Windsor Belt. The agreement with NRE gives Red River the opportunity to start exploration activities in an area of the belt that hosts known high-grade base metal deposits such as Highway-Reward and Handcuff.

Red River Resources Ltd. Announces Board and Executive Appointments, Effective May 1, 2015

Red River Resources Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Brett Fletcher as a Director and the company's Non-Executive Chairman and Mr. Jim Black as a Non-Executive Director to the Board of Red River Board both effective from 1 May 2015. Fletcher most recent role (from 2011 to 2014) was Executive General Manager PNG Operations at Newcrest where he was responsible for the Morobe Mining JV, Gosowong and Lihir. Black worked for Zinifex/OZ Minerals as Group General Manager (Studies) from 2007 to 2009, and then as Business Director (Project Management Group) for Hyder Consulting from 2009 to 2011. Since 2011, he has acted as a consultant in project management, leadership coaching, supply chain and procurement coaching.
