Riverside Resources Inc. Provides an Exploration Update from the Company's 100% Owned Tajitos Gold Project in Sonora, Mexico

Riverside Resources Inc. provided an exploration update from the Company's 100% owned Tajitos Gold Project (the "Project") in Sonora, Mexico. Riverside geologists have completed the first phase of underground mapping and sampling of more than 10 historic underground workings on the Project. The ongoing exploration work at Tajitos is designed to understand the controls on mineralization and improve and refine targeting for future drill testing. The shallow underground workings provide ample evidence of continuity for gold mineralization and work is defining continuity from surface to depth along shears and veins. The most recent exploration work was designed to trace the veins and mineralized zones and included 180 underground rock chip channel samples ranging from <0.05 g/t up to 17 g/t gold. Highlights of this phase of work include: the sampling program returned 27 samples over 1 g/t gold, including 9 samples greater than 5 g/t gold with results reaching up to 17 g/t gold; sampling in the adit which cuts across the possible thrust zone identified several narrow fault zones which contain 0.012 to 6.9 g/t Au, suggesting deeper gold targets; the underground sampling expands upon the past surface sampling which has produced more than 200 samples greater than 1 g/t, reaching up to 34 g/t gold.

Riverside Resources Inc. Announces Results of Completed Reconnaissance Drilling Campaign at Swift Katie Project Located in Southeastern BC

Riverside Resources Inc. announced the results of a recently completed reconnaissance drilling campaign at the Swift Katie Project located in southeastern BC. Five diamond drill holes, totaling 1,423 m, were completed at the Swift porphyry target with some encouraging results. These holes tested soil and resistivity anomalies over a 1 km2 area. Spacing between drill hole collars ranges from 350 m to 900 m. The 2014 drill program encountered numerous zones of precious metal mineralization. Highlighted assays include 23.4 g/t gold, 0.62% copper and 435 g/t silver over 1.5 m as well as 5.69 g/t gold, 0.13% copper and 26.6 g/t silver over 2 m(both intervals from SK14-002). The company believes these high-grade gold-silver vein intercepts warrant further exploration and follow-up, as the primary exploration objective to-date has only focused on the large-scale copper-gold porphyry potential of the Swift target. The two zones associated with the high-grade precious metals include 20-40 cm wide pyrite-pyrrhotite-chalcopyrite veins at the contact between andesite and diorite. The interval from 179.5 to 181 m has associated polymetallic mineralization including 0.6% lead. This polymetallic mineralization may be an indication of a transition from a peripheral porphyry environment to a proximal porphyry environment. SK14-001 and SK14-003 did not intersect significant copper or gold values, however hydrothermal alteration in the form of chlorite, epidote, calcite, pyrite and magnetite were intercepted in both holes. In addition, indicators of porphyry-style mineralization have been intersected, including zones of potassic alteration (biotite-magnetite) in SK14-002, SK14-004 and SK14-005. The results support Riverside's belief that there is a hydrothermal system associated with porphyry Cu-Au mineralization at Swift. These results are being evaluated along with property-scale targets to determine the next phase of work.

Riverside Resources Inc. Announce Drill Results from San Rafael Silver-Gold Mine Area at the Penoles Project, Durango, Mexico

Riverside Resources Inc. announced drill results from the San Rafael historic mine area at the Peñoles Project in Durango, Mexico. This most recent round of drilling focused on stepping out beyond the already known gold body at El Capitan and high-grade silver vein system at Jesus Maria, with the first five drill holes now completed 2 kilometres to the east at San Rafael. Drill result intervals included (DDH-14-01) 3.08 metres of 1.19 g/t gold and 79.2 g/t silver, and (DDH-14-05) 8.90 metres of 0.63 g/t gold and 101 g/t silver. The drilling intersected key mineralized structural veins and starts to confirm strike and depth continuity of gold and silver mineralization in multiple structural zones and warrants a further follow up drilling and exploration program. This initial work phase was designed to confirm the presence of mineralized veins and structures at the San Rafael mine area, and was successful within 5-10m of the estimated location. The Peñoles Project is host to multiple mineralized vein systems, fault zone structures, poly-metallic skarns, and silicified low-temperature gold-rich volcaniclastics. The mineralization commonly has high grades of gold and silver with varying amounts of lead and zinc. Approximately 86 diamond drill holes totaling more than 10,000 metres have now been completed at the Project. Initial partner funded drill programs focused on the El Capitan zone, which is up to 70 metres thick, 700 metres long, and extends at least 200 metres down dip with over 30 drill holes and remains open for further expansion potential. Exploration continued beyond El Capitan with 30 holes and approximately 3,115 metres of drilling completed at the Jesus Maria historic mine area in 2013. At least three mineralized zones have been identified at Jesus Maria including poly-metallic replacement bodies, gold-silver veins, and breccia bodies. The mineralized horizon in the Jesus Maria zone is at least 1,400 metres long, up to 50 metres thick and extends at least 200 metres down dip. In addition to El Capitan and Jesus Maria, this most recent drilling has now extended exploration to include the historic workings at San Rafael.
