Rockhaven Resources Ltd. Announces Initial 2015 Diamond Drill Results from its Klaza Property

Rockhaven Resources Ltd. announced initial 2015 diamond drill results from its 100%-owned and road-accessible Klaza property, located in the Dawson Range Gold Belt of southern Yukon. At present, two skid-mounted diamond drills are working to expand the current mineral resource and provide key geotechnical and environmental data to further advance the project. A total of 12,000 m of diamond drilling in 45 holes have been completed thus far in 2015. The four diamond drill holes described in this release are from the Central Klaza Zone. They intersected high-grade gold and silver mineralization in the main zone and within subsidiary vein structures that are developed in the immediate footwall of the main structure. Mineralization in the footwall structure was not included in the current mineral resource. Highlights from the initial drill holes and an overlying excavator trench are as follows: 11.28 g/t gold, 75.9 g/t silver and 7.37% zinc over 3.68 m - Hole 258; 5.99 g/t gold and 165 g/t silver over 0.96 m - Hole 259; 5.20 g/t gold and 24.7 g/t silver over 2.08 m - Hole 261; 36.60 g/t gold and 374 g/t silver over 2.00 m - Trench 79. The Central Klaza Zone forms the core of the Klaza Zone, a 2,400 m long mineralized complex that is one of the nine gold-silver zones identified to date on the Klaza property. Mineralization in the Central Klaza Zone consists of a laterally extensive complex of steeply dipping and anastomosing veins, breccias and sheeted veinlets emplaced within a 25 to 100 m wide structural corridor. Mineralization in the main zone and various subsidiary structures have been traced over a 800 m strike length and to a maximum depth of 325 m. The zone remains open to expansion to depth and into the footwall. Since June 2015, a total of 12,000 m of diamond drilling has been completed in 45 holes at the Klaza property. Drilling is expected to continue until the end of August when the focus will shift to engineering studies.

Rockhaven Resources Ltd. Announces Updated Metallurgical Results for its Road Accessible Klaza Property

Rockhaven Resources Ltd. announced updated metallurgical results for its 100%-owned, road accessible Klaza property located in the Dawson Range Gold Belt of southern Yukon. Metallurgical testing was conducted by Blue Coast Research Ltd. on three zone-specific and one property-wide composite. The locked cycle flotation test, followed by pressure oxidation (POX) and carbon-in-leach (CIL) cyanidation of a gold-bearing sulphide concentrate, on a project-wide composite (PWC), yielded overall recoveries of 95.0% gold, 90.8% silver, 91.2% zinc, and 84.6% lead to potentially saleable products. The process flowsheet consists of lead flotation, followed by zinc flotation, and then by arsenopyrite-pyrite flotation. The arsenopyrite-pyrite concentrate is then pressure oxidized to liberate the gold and leached with cyanide. The overall flotation tails are also leached with cyanide. Final products from this process are precious-metal rich lead and zinc concentrates and gold as doré. Based on the batch test work conducted to date, there is every reason to believe that material from each of the zones can be processed through the same facility, while the good response of the PWC shows that multiple zones can also be blended with no adverse effect on overall metal recovery. The locked cycle, cyanide leach, POX and CIL tests were conducted on the PWC. A total of five cycles were run in the locked cycle test and stability was reached quickly and remained stable throughout.

Rockhaven Resources Ltd. Commences 2015 Exploration and Engineering Program at Klaza Project, Yukon

Rockhaven Resources Ltd. announced the commencement of the 2015 exploration and engineering program at its 100% owned Klaza gold-silver property, located in the Dawson Range Gold Belt of southern Yukon. The 2015 program will include 15,000 m of diamond drilling plus related geotechnical, metallurgical and environmental studies. The drilling will primarily focus on expanding and better defining the recently announced maiden inferred resource estimate that includes 7,040,000 tonnes containing 948,348 oz gold and 21,780,313 oz silver (1,311,353 oz gold EQ(sup abp="676")) at an average grade of 4.19 g/t gold and 96.23 g/t silver (5.79 g/t gold EQ) using a 1.5 g/t gold cut-off. Two drills will be used to test targets that include: //st The Western BRX Zone, where drilling will focus on expanding the resource below the currently modeled depth of 320 m down-dip of surface. KL-14-238, the deepest hole completed to date at the Western BRX Zone, intersected 16.29 g/t gold, 1,435 g/t silver, 5.57% lead and 6.23% zinc over 1.37 m. This hole was excluded from the resource as it intersected the zone at 520 m down-dip and represents a 200 m step-out from the resource modeled area; The Western Klaza Zone, which hosts the gold equivalent grade portion of the resource and has strong potential for expansion; The Central and Eastern BRX zones, where widely spaced drilling has returned both high-grade and bulk-tonnage style targets. Holes are planned in the area of KL-12-114, which returned 11.30 g/t gold and 233 g/t silver over 1.52 m; The Central Klaza Zone, where holes will explore along strike from and beneath hole DDH-12-133, the deepest intercept to date on the zone, which intersected 11.90 g/t gold and 5.23 g/t silver over 6.70 m at a depth of 310 m below surface; and, The Pika Zone, where detailed drilling will be concentrated around DDH-10-06, which averaged 32.52 g/t gold 34.3 g/t silver over 3.36 m.
