Kering SA Names Helene Poulit-Duquesne as CEO of Boucheron, Effective September 28, 2015

Kering SA announced the appointment of Helene Poulit-Duquesne as CEO of Boucheron, effective September 28, 2015. Helene Poulit-Duquesne will report to Albert Bensoussan, CEO of Kering 'Luxury - Watches and Jewelry' division. Helene Poulit-Duquesne was previously the International Business and Client Development Director and member of the Executive Committee of Cartier International. In her role as CEO of Boucheron, her mission will be to pursue the development of the brand on an international scale and to reinforce its position among the most prestigious high jewelry houses worldwide.

Kering Appoints Todd Hymel as CEO of Action Sports Brands

Kering has announced the appointment of Todd Hymel to the newly created position of CEO of Action Sports brands, effective July 1, 2015. Todd Hymel will be based in Costa Mesa, California, and will continue to report directly to Jean-Francois Palus, Group Managing Director. In his new role, Todd Hymel will establish a stronger Group presence in the US, notably on the West Coast, while taking on a more active role in the development, expansion and performance of the Volcom and Electric brands worldwide. The CEO of each brand will continue to report directly to him. A US-French national, Todd Hymel joined Kering in 2008 as Deputy Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, before being appointed COO of Kering Sport & Lifestyle Division in January 2012.

Kering Announces Departure of Pierre Bouissou as President and CEO of Boucheron

Kering announced that Pierre Bouissou will be leaving his position as Boucheron President and CEO, effective 27 April 2015, to follow new professional challenges outside Kering Group. Pierre Bouissou had joined the Kering Group in 2011 from LVMH where he served as Managing Director of Berluti. The name of his successor will be announced in due course.
