The difference between FFO and AFFO per diluted share is operating property capital expenditures after adjusting for the impact of non-cash straight-line long-term ground lease expense. Those operating property capital expenditures, net of the ground lease adjustment, are anticipated to total $0.44 to $0.46 per diluted share.
