PBF Energy Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for first quarter ended March 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company's revenues were $2,995,136,000 compared to $4,746,443,000 a year ago. Income from operations was $172,410,000 compared to $260,207,000 a year ago. Income before income taxes was $152,257,000 compared to $232,951,000 a year ago. Net income attributable to the company was $87,321,000 or $1.00 diluted per share compared to $77,444,000 or $1.42 diluted per share a year ago. Adjusted fully-converted net income was $91,978,000 or $1.00 diluted per share compared to $140,729,000 or $1.44 diluted per share a year ago. EBITDA was $222,155,000 compared to $291,421,000 a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA was $201,863,000 compared to $294,842,000 a year ago. Cash flows provided by operations was $132,505,000 compared to $260,571,000 a year ago. Capital expenditures were $125,729,000 compared to $90,412,000 a year ago. For the quarter, the company reported production of 465,400 barrels per day compared to 428,600 barrels per day a year ago. Crude oil and feedstocks throughput was 467,800 barrels per day compared to 430,900 barrels per day a year ago. Total crude oil and feedstocks throughput was 42.1 million barrels compared to 38.8 million barrels a year ago. For the second quarter of 2015, the refinery throughput volumes for the Mid-continent should average between 150,000 and 160,000 barrels per day. The East Coast should average between 310,000 and 330,000 barrels per day. Depreciation and amortization should be in the $180 million and $190 million range and interest expense should be approximately $100 million for the year. For 2015, the company expects CapEx including turnaround but net of railcars purchases to be approximately $175 million to $200 million.
