Paref reported consolidated financial results for the first half of the year ended June 30, 2014. For the period, the company reported net rental income of EUR 5.9 million compared to EUR 6.2 million for the same period a year ago. Profit before tax was EUR 1.9 million compared to EUR 2.2 million for the same period a year ago. The tax charge totalled EUR 0.2 million, unchanged from 30 June 2013. Net profit - Group share was EUR 0.4 million compared to EUR 2.4 million for the same period a year ago. Earnings per share, adjusted, weighted and diluted was EUR 0.3 compared to EUR 2.0 for the same period a year ago. Consolidated financial debt remained stable at 30 June 2014 at EUR 78.0 million compared with EUR 77.5 million at 31 December 2013. This stability resulted from the combined effect of debt amortisation, early repayment related to the sale of buildings and the financing of the Levallois Perret building.

Paref SA Reports Earnings Results for the Full Year Ended December 31, 2013

Paref SA reported earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2013. For the year, the company reported net rental income of EUR 12.2 million compared to EUR 13.2 million for the same period a year ago. Profit before tax was EUR 1.2 million compared to EUR 5.3 million for the same period a year ago. Net profit - Group share was EUR 1.2 million compared to EUR 6.1 million for the same period a year ago. Earnings per share, adjusted, weighted and diluted was EUR 1.05 compared to EUR 5.50 for the same period a year ago. In addition to the redemption of loans for EUR 7 million, the disposal of Rueil carried out in 2013 for 1 million contributed to the reduction in consolidated gross financial debt, which totaled EUR 77 million at end December 2013, compared with EUR 84 million at end December 2012.
