Oracle Corporation Introduces Oracle Utilities Service Order Management

Oracle Corporation has introduced Oracle Utilities Service Order Management, a service order automation solution which is expected to help utilities improve operational efficiency, accelerate issue resolution, reduce costs, and enhance customer service. Oracle Utilities Service Order Management a first-of-its-kind application automates service order management with an intelligent integration hub. The new solution initiates service task workflows across multiple systems, such as customer service, metering, work and asset, network/grid, and analytics. When a trigger process is completed in an integrated system, Oracle Utilities Service Order Management automatically identifies the next steps and communicates them across the platform to initiate, coordinate, and track those workflows. Oracle Utilities Service Order Management helps to automate and streamline operations with a centralized, intelligent orchestration engine. In addition, Oracle Utilities Service Order Management aligns with the Oracle Utilities integrated platform, which enables greater time to value through interoperable solutions, common data management, a consistent user experience, cross-enterprise business intelligence, and a central set of platform management tools. These benefits remove the great barriers to innovation: excessive implementation costs and time. Using the Oracle Utilities integrated platform helps utilities see even greater benefits from their Oracle Utilities Service Order Management implementation.

Oracle Health Sciences Unveils Inform Cloud Service 6.1 Platform

Oracle Health Sciences has launched InForm Cloud Service 6.1 data capture and management platform. The latest release of the Oracle Health Sciences InForm data capture and management platform provides trial sponsors and contract research organizations (CROs) with a complete, integrated solution designed to accelerate trial timelines, lower costs, deliver higher data quality, and reduce risk. The Oracle Health Sciences InForm Cloud Service 6.1 platform supports today's complex trial protocols and environments with advanced data capture/query management and real-time, actionable visibility into data, as well as standards-based, integrated workflows. This latest release enables trial sponsors and CROs to further increase clinical trial speed, efficiency, and accuracy. InForm Cloud Service 6.1 platform provides an expanded risk-based monitoring capacity that enables source verification at the individual and subject level. This new functionality supports more precise, risk-based monitoring, as well as expanded use of adaptive trials, which, in turn, boost efficiency and reduce costs. Oracle Health Sciences InForm Cloud Service 6.1's risk-based monitoring capabilities are included as part of the core solution, avoiding the one-off, add-on associated costs. InForm Cloud Service 6.1 platform is a single location for defining and managing study administrative data in Oracle Health Sciences Central Designer that streamlines trial workflow and simplifies the design, self-deployment, versioning, and maintenance of clinical studies. Trial sponsors and CROs benefit from a robust staging area that aims to reduce risks associated with migrating studies from development and testing environments to production. InForm Cloud Service 6.1 platform is an advanced modeling environment that streamlines management and validation of in-place, protocol amendments. Organizations can develop and test amendments without taking the study offline, and then automatically push changes into the production environment without manual intervention. This increases study availability an reduces the time and resources needed to make protocol changes, while supporting regulatory compliance with complete audit trails.
