Emitel To Buy Masts From T-Mobile And Orange

A director of EmiTel Sp. z o.o. has said that his company is interested in buying masts belonging to the two mobile phone operators, T-Mobile US, Inc. (NasdaqGS:TMUS) and Orange (ENXTPA:ORA). Emitel has its own masts, but wishes to increase their number. As for Orange, its Finance Director has said in the past that the firm would be disposing of non-strategic assets, and this could possibly include masts.

Polaris Office, Inc. Enters into Strategic Partnership Agreement with Orange

Polaris Office Inc. entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Orange. The strategic partnership between the two companies will allow Polaris Office to launch paid Polaris Office this year in France and Egypt - the main countries serviced by Orange - and expand into rest of Europe, the Middle East and Africa in 2016. Orange Announces Earnings Results for the Third Quarter Ended September 30, 2015; Revises Earnings Guidance for the Full Year of 2015

Orange announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2015. The company raised its full-year earnings guidance after returning to positive revenue growth in the third quarter. In the three months to September 30, 2015, the company generated revenue of EUR 10.28 billion, up 0.5% year-on-year. By comparison, Orange's group revenue fell by 0.2% in the second quarter, and by 0.9% in the first. Restated EBITDA came in at EUR 3.56 billion, up from EUR 3.52 billion in third quarter of 2014. The improvement was driven by slowing declines at its domestic and European businesses, and continued strong growth in Africa and the Middle East. The strong performance prompted the company to raise its full-year EBITDA guidance to at least EUR 12.3 billion, compared to its earlier outlook of EUR 11.9 billion to EUR 12.1 billion.
