The company also offers Net+ prepaid card stored value account that allows members to withdraw funds directly from their NETELLER accounts through ATMs or to pay for goods and services. In addition, Optimal Payments Plc is involved in the property leasing, employment and administration, and financing activities. The company was formerly known as NEOVIA Financial Plc and changed its name to Optimal Payments plc in March 2011. Optimal Payments plc was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Douglas, the United Kingdom.

Major European and North American regulated gaming operators already use Optimal Payments' iGaming services, and the company is pleased to include OLG as a marquee client. Through its proprietary NETBANX processing platform that supports integrated technologies and tokenization capabilities, Optimal Payments provides OLG the ability to deliver an enhanced customer experience while maximizing conversions. Optimal Payments Plc provided earnings guidance for the year 2014. For the year, the company expects revenue and EBITDA for 2014 will be in line with market expectations, with reported revenue increasing 44% to at least $365 million against $253.4 million a year ago, and EBITDA increasing 65% to at least $86 million against $52.2 million a year ago. The company announced that normalised profit after tax for 2014 is expected to be materially ahead of market expectations, principally due to an effective tax rate which is lower than consensus as a result of historical tax losses and a mix of revenues weighted towards operations.
