Loss before income tax was AUD 5,192,000 compared to AUD 3,093,000 for the nine months ended March 31, 2013. Loss attributable to equity holders of the parent entity was AUD 4,883,000 or AUD 13.83 cents per basic and diluted share attributable to ordinary equity holders compared to AUD 3,146,000 or AUD 10.86 cents per basic and diluted share attributable to ordinary equity holders for the nine months ended March 31, 2013. Oceania Capital Partners Limited Announces Board and Management Changes

Oceania Capital Partners Limited (OCP) announced that OCP intends to make a number of changes to the Board and management structure of OCP. Robert Moran, currently Managing Director, will transition to non executive chairman. Michael Jacobson and Brian Scheiner will be appointed as joint executive directors responsible for the day to day operations of the company. and Ian Tsicalas and Michael Brogan will stand down as non executive directors. The management changes are to take effect from 30 June 2014 and the Board changes from closure of the Annual General Meeting, currently scheduled to be held on 29 July 2014.
