The New York Times Company announced the launch of T Jobs, a new talent acquisition solution on NYTimes.com that campaigns jobs over a network of more than 1,300 job sites, including local, niche and regional job boards, as well as aggregator sites and social networks. Powered by RealMatch technology, T Jobs is engineered to produce superior job ad performance and deliver high quality candidates to recruiters. The new service features RealMatch’s programmatic ad distribution technology that automatically campaigns job ads on TheJobNetwork to deliver more quality applicants in less time. The combination of The New York Times audience partnered with the vast reach across the TheJobNetwork allows T Jobs to better serve the needs of hiring managers. T Jobs also utilizes RealMatch’s proprietary job-matching technology comprised of highly accurate, artificial intelligence algorithms. For employers, job matching saves recruiters’ time by automatically grading and ranking applicants, instantly identifying qualified resume database matches and alerting them to apply. For job seekers, the matching technology provides a superior user experience and increased engagement by delivering highly relevant jobs which they are both interested in and qualified for. T Jobs may work in conjunction with The Times’s print classified job postings.

The New York Times Company Expands T Brand Studio to London; Names Kaylee King-Balentine as Director of T Brand Studio, International

The New York Times Company has announced that it is expanding T Brand Studio to London to offer international clients access to its content marketing services and Paid Post advertising platform. The company also announced that T Brand Studio in London will be led by Kaylee King-Balentine, who takes up the post of director of T Brand Studio, International. She will lead editorial, creative and video direction on all international content and will work alongside the international sales teams to develop new global business for the Studio. Ms King-Balentine is currently executive video producer for T Brand Studio in New York overseeing all video direction and production. Ms. King-Balentine joined The New York Times in September 2013 as director of sponsored content and is an Emmy Award-winning producer and OMMA and Digiday award-winning director.
