North River Resources Announces Executive Changes

North River Resources is to press ahead with the development of the Namib lead-zinc mine with a newly enhanced management team. The company which completed a definitive feasibility for Namib in November announced investors managing director Martin French is stepping down and will be replaced by James Beams. Beams formerly CFO of Anglo Americanrsquo's copper division will head up a new team including fellow new hires Keith Marshall and Ken Sangster both of which previously held senior positions at Rio Tinto. Marshall and Sangster join North River as non-executive directors. The appointments will serve the company well as it transitions into the construction phase of the Namib project.
