Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad, an investment holding company, operates as a property and infrastructure developer in Malaysia. The company develops high rise office towers, transportation hubs, retail assets, hotels, residential and commercial properties, and others; and operates Sooka Sentral, Plaza Alam Sentral, and Nu Sentral retail shopping malls. It also has various engineering and construction contracts for projects, including high-rise buildings, hospitals, airports, retail malls, colleges, residential buildings, and energy-power network transmission projects, as well as road, civil, and infrastructural works. In addition, the company offers infrastructure development services primarily for concession and environmental projects, such as beach, river, and coastline rehabilitations. Further, it leases office and service residence space; invests in, develops, and manages properties; trades in construction materials and shares; operates and maintains the Eastern Dispersal Link highway; operates, manages, and maintains Kuala Lumpur Sentral railway station and Penang Sentral; manages and operates a fitness center; manufactures and sells pre-stressed spun concrete poles; manufactures, distributes, and sells ceramic tiles; owns and operates a chilled water plant; designs and builds transmission lines and substations; and sells business information and develops Websites, as well as offers modular building design systems. Additionally, the company is involved in the provision of facility management, information technology and professional outsourcing, consultancy, infrastructure and environmental engineering, and security guard services; and engineering and construction services to power transmission systems and buildings. Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad was incorporated in 1968 and is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
