Marketo, Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported total revenue of $46,000,000 compared to $32,292,000 a year ago. Loss from operations was $18,920,000 compared to $12,475,000 a year ago. Loss before provision for income taxes was $18,400,000 compared to $12,534,000 a year ago. Net loss attributable to the company was $18,158,000 or $0.44 basic and diluted per share compared to $12,509,000 or $0.32 basic and diluted per share a year ago. Net cash used in operating activities was $8,535,000 compared to $13,211,000 a year ago. Purchase of property and equipment was $4,092,000 compared to $2,579,000 a year ago. Non-GAAP net loss attributable to the company was $8,280,000 or $0.20 basic and diluted per share compared to $7,018,000 or $0.18 basic and diluted per share a year ago. Non-GAAP loss from operations was $9,042,000 compared to $6,984,000 a year ago.
